How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don’t receive this, please email us at hello@amberoot.com and we’ll update you on your order’s progress.

Can I cancel my order?

If it is a recent order it may be possible, email us at hello@amberoot.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I add to my order?

No problem, email us at hello@amberoot.com straight away and as long as the warehouse has not processed your order we can certainly add more items.

Can I change the colour of an item in my order?

If it is a recent order it may be possible, email us at hello@amberoot.com

Something is missing from my order

If you find a discrepancy please email hello@amberoot.com and we’ll resolve this issue immediately.

Do I need to pay customs charges?

For customs and duty charges please carefully read the information provided on a product page section titled Shipping and Returns as this can differ for each product. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means a customer will have to arrange paying for the taxes himself/herself for product to be made available for the delivery to his/her address. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) means that such taxes, if relevant, are already included in the sum you pay for Amberoot when you purchase a product so you will not need to pay additionally to receive the product.

Do I need to pay VAT charges?

All GBP and Euro prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate of 20%. Exact VAT charged is calculated based on the final value of your order in the checkout process, at the rate applicable to your country. You will be responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the goods are sent.

**Note – If you are located in a non-EU country please pay in US dollars to avoid paying extra VAT. This means that the price you see includes 0% VAT. Therefore, we cannot provide VAT refunds on non-EU orders.

What payment methods does the website accept?

Amberoot accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Some cards may require authorisation from the issuing bank.

Shipping and Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, DPD and national posts. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm. All deliveries are traceable and the tracking number is emailed to you once product has been shipped.

Shipping times:

Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 4-17 days

Rest of the world: delivery within 5-17 days

How long it will take to get my package?

We endeavour to ship orders out within 24-48 hours (business days) from when the order is placed. During sale periods orders will be sent within 72 hours (not including public holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service and a signature is required upon delivery. Can I return an item?

Of course you can. If you wish to return or exchange your purchased products then please send them back to us within 15 days. If an item has been bought in the sale, or during certain site promotions then please return within 7 days.

I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping, customs and duties.
